Does it really matter buying and using organic ingredients vs regularly farmed ingredients if the nutritional content in both is essentially the same?

Organic equals seasonal, you’re buying things that are at their freshest and most optimal. Think asparagus in spring, citrus in winter, and berries and tomatoes in summertime 

As a result of seasonality, your food is more nutritiously packed. 

It’s more sustainable

It’s local. You’re supporting local purveyors and farmers and as a result, your food is not traveling from far-flung places which again is also means more environmentally friendly and fresher.
