My first Scandinavian visit and definitely not my last. Copenhagen is a compact city, easily navigable by foot or bicycle. And like Amsterdam, there are A-LOT of cyclists. Their environmental footprint is visibly noticeable. There’s a reason this is often voted the happiest country with the highest quality of life on earth. Go one afternoon to the Saunders Hotel and order a bikini sandwich with a glass of burgundy. It’s an absolute delight. Another must-do is the Louisiana Museum 45 minutes outside of Copenhagen… take the train, it’s fast, easy, and again chest way to immerse yourself in the local culture. Do not waste your money on a car service to get out there. Save the money and go to the GANNI store ( the OG location) instead and treat yourself to something fabulous.
