Portugal

Portugal is a mishmash of all the European countries you think you want to go to but necessarily can’t afford to go to all of them. Here in Portugal, you have it all in one country. And for now at least … still at a fraction of the price. I’ve been 5 times.. and I hope to go another 5 … in the next few years. I’m utterly besotted with Portugal. Especially the Alentejo region with encircles about a 90 miles radius around Lisbon.

And a magical beach spot where the local Lisbonites keep their second homes is Comporta. A MUST stop on any trip to this beautiful country.
